They will gather around and talk, gossip and imagine how the superstar was in school, how the two best friends would enjoy their childhood, and much more!
When grandparents start getting old, the family starts ignoring their opinions, mistreats them knowingly or unknowingly, cares less about their priorities. The parents who had once taught the kids to walk, now become neglected, this is exactly when the grandkids stand up for them! A similar story will be seen in ‘AB Aani CD’.
The teaser showcases the life of Vikram Gokhale, a weary and tired senior citizen who loves to paint, but his family has no respect or admiration for him. He thinks 'The old age is nothing but a humiliating phase of life. His life changes when he receives a letter from Amitabh Bachchan! The sudden respect, the praise, the attention he gets, is both relieving and disturbing for him. In the event, when Gokhale loses all hope that Amitabh Bachchan will turn up for his friend, he hears Amitabh calling out to him, ‘Chandu, Mi Aloy’.
Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, who is the superstar in Indian cinema, is all set to foray into Marathi cinema with AB Aani CD. He will star alongside veteran actor Vikram Gokhale, Sayali Sanjeev, and Akshay Tanksale.
Helmed by Milind Lele, the film is produced by Akshay Bardapurkar under Planet Marathi Production, Golden Ratio Films, and VK Reddy Productions. It also stars Subodh Bhave, Sayali Sanjeev, and Akshay Tanksale. The film is slated to release on March 13, 2020, when you will find out if Amitabh really honors his friend’s wish!
